At Global Bangladesh Unity Network (GBUN), we are committed to bringing together Bangladeshis from across the world to support Bangladeshi women, children, minorities, and deprived communities in building a better and fairer future.
We work to protect and promote human rights, equality, and justice for all. We believe that true freedom can only be achieved when every individual, regardless of gender, religion, ethnicity, or social background, can live with dignity, opportunity, and safety.
GBUN monitors and documents human rights violations to ensure that injustices are exposed and that accountability is pursued. Through credible reporting and global advocacy, we give a platform to the unheard and help bring international attention to issues affecting vulnerable groups.
We stand beside victims of oppression, discrimination, and violence by providing legal guidance, counselling, and access to essential resources. Our work focuses on supporting women and children who face gender-based violence, minority groups struggling for equality, and communities that have long been deprived of their basic rights. Justice must be available to everyone, not only to a privileged few.
Education and empowerment are central to our mission. Through community training, seminars, and awareness programs, we help people understand their rights and build the confidence to stand up for themselves and others. By empowering women, youth, and marginalized groups with knowledge and leadership skills, we nurture stronger, more resilient communities.
GBUN connects Bangladeshis around the world. From Australia to the Americas, Europe to the Middle East, we unite people who share the same dream of equality and justice. Through our global network, we foster cooperation, understanding, and a shared pride in the values that define Bangladesh.
Our advocacy focuses on ensuring freedom of expression, gender equality, social inclusion, and cultural harmony. We work to influence policies and institutions that affect the lives of the most vulnerable. By standing with those who are deprived or marginalized, GBUN works to make equality and justice part of everyday life.
We collaborate closely with human rights defenders, civil society organizations, legal experts, and international partners. Together, we promote transparency, accountability, and good governance. Our collective action aims to make human rights a living reality for every Bangladeshi, everywhere in the world.
Our vision is simple yet powerful: a world where every Bangladeshi, especially women, children, minorities, and deprived communities, can live freely, speak openly, and enjoy equal rights, security, and respect.
